Abdeljalil, 26, is a young Algerian activist and consultant on youth issues. He graduated from the Algerian National School of Administration - ENA Algiers -. ARIF began his social activities in 2006. He founded the Simulated Organizations Program known as the United Nations Model for Algeria, former NGO Chair of the Youth Capacity Building Association, former President of AIESEC in ORAN, founder of Moubadarat El Djazair for training and programs for youth. Development, founder of DzairYouth, and organizer of several training days and seminars on leadership, administration and management development.

In late November 2013, he traveled to the Sultanate of Oman to provide training on volunteer strategies for young Arab volunteers. In April 2014, he was appointed Foreign Affairs President of the Euro-African Youth Parliament in Germany the same year. As a young ambassador to the Arab Thought Foundation based in Lebanon, he participated in the first African Youth Forum on Entrepreneurship organized in 2015 by the World Bank in Côte d'Ivoire. He was also a member of the steering committee of the Algerian alumni chapter of MEPI. Since 2014, he has founded a program of international organizations and known national institutions of the United Nations model program, in which he holds the position of director of the program.
